Virtual Voice lessons available
In March 2020, because of government mandated covid-19 restrictions, I could no longer do in person voice lessons. It quickly became apparent that, like many other industries and businesses across the country, I would have to take lessons to a virtual platform.
After taking my studio into the technological stage, I'm happy to say this new platform works! Students with work and family commitments no longer have to factor in travel time for lessons- you can sign out of work at 11:59 AM, and be ready for your lesson by 12:00 PM!

Voice Lessons
Specialties: Instilling confidence in every singer, audition prep, healthy singing, identifying goals as an artist, gaining vocal experience and opportunities, networking, physical interpretation of vocal pieces, and preparing for a performing career. Beginning to Professional level voice lessons.
Piano lessons
Beginning to Intermediate piano lessons available.
Teaching Philosophy
Individual lessons, whether for the beginner or experienced, is about the process and not perfection. Goals for each student are identified and worked towards, and may include, but are not limited, to sing publicly, gain the fundamentals and foundations of healthy vocal technique, and/or enter the next audition with confidence and clarity. A friendly rapport and a balance between challenges and obtainable goals are necessary for a working and safe learning environment. Small victories are always celebrated, and lessons should never be a source of unhealthy stress.
Voice lessons include proper vocal technique, addressing good vocal health, music theory, appropriate repertoire in the classical and musical theatre genres, effective and interpretive acting, audition preparation and is tailored to the individual needs of each student.
Piano lessons include proper technique, music theory, appropriate books and repertoire suggestions, effective and interpretive musical guidance, and accompanying advice and opportunities.
