Amanda Weis is music directing and leading the band in the pit for LIZZIE at Open Eye Theatre. This is a ROCK musical, emphasis on ROCK, about Lizzie Borden, the woman who allegedly killed her parents with an axe and the days leading up to the fateful event and trial. Is she guilty?!

Foshay! A New Musical Reading
If you missed the 2023 premiere of Foshay! A New Musical, here's your chance to see it at the Hennepin County Museum in Minneapolis for only one weekend in November.
Three actors, Sammi Penick, Nick Miller, and Michael Conroy, with Amanda Weis at the keys will present a shortened, one-hour reading of the original musical. A talk back regarding Wilbur Foshay, the man who built the infamous Foshay Tower in downtown Minneapolis, and the musical will follow the reading. Artifacts with ties to Wilbur Foshay and the tower will also be on display.
Learn a little bit of Minneapolis history and be entertained by another Kevin and Lynn Bowen musical hit!
